1. Introduction

Account Security

2. Eligibility
To register and use a cck22 account you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

3. Account Registration and Security
The following rules apply to the creation and maintenance of your cck22 account:
- You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your account password. Any activity under your credentials is your responsibility. cck22 will never contact you and ask you to reveal your password.
- You must not share your account with any other person. Allowing another person to use your cck22 account for any purpose constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure.
- If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, notify cck22 support immediately. cck22 is not responsible for losses resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
- You must keep your registered personal details accurate and up to date. Changes to your registered mobile number or payment method must be communicated to cck22 support promptly.
- Upon account closure — voluntary or by cck22 — any genuine balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposits at cck22 are accepted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. The minimum deposit is ৳500. Funds are credited to your account instantly or within minutes of confirmation by the payment provider. cck22 does not charge deposit fees. You must only deposit using a payment method registered in your own name — deposits from third-party sources are not accepted and will be returned. Winnings generated from a third-party deposit may be forfeited.
Withdrawal requests are processed same-day under normal circumstances once KYC verification is complete and any applicable bonus wagering requirements have been satisfied. cck22 does not charge withdrawal fees. Withdrawals are paid only to a payment method previously used for a deposit on the same account, subject to the payment provider's own processing times.
cck22 may require you to verify your identity, age and payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal. Where verification documentation is not provided to a satisfactory standard, withdrawal processing will be held pending completion. Players are encouraged to complete KYC verification proactively to avoid delays.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
cck22 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual offer:
- Welcome bonuses are available only to new players making their first deposit. Each player may claim the welcome bonus once only. Attempting to claim it on a second account constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account closure.
- All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before they can be withdrawn. The specific rollover applicable to each bonus is stated in the offer terms. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus funds may be used to wager on eligible games but cannot be withdrawn.
- Maximum bet limits apply while playing with active bonus funds. Exceeding the stated maximum bet per spin or hand while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
- Not all games contribute equally toward bonus wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino, table games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Contribution rates are stated in individual bonus terms.
- cck22 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time before it is claimed, and to cancel a bonus obtained in violation of these Terms. Bonus-derived winnings from a cancelled bonus will not be paid; any real-money deposit amount will be returned.
6. Game Rules and Fair Play
All games on cck22 are provided by licensed third-party studios. The following rules govern gameplay:
- Each game operates according to rules established by its provider studio. In any dispute about a game outcome, the game provider's server logs are the definitive record. cck22's on-screen display is secondary to the provider's verified server result.
- All games use independently certified RNG systems ensuring genuinely random outcomes. Published RTP percentages are accurate and reflect the theoretical long-term return of each game as certified by the respective studio.
- In the event of a technical failure interrupting an active game round, the provider's system will attempt to complete the round from the server record. If it cannot be completed, the stake for that round will be returned to your balance.
- cck22 reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event outcome was already determined — for example due to a display delay. Stakes from voided bets will be returned; winnings will not be paid.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on cck22. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and a permanent ban:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts or any mechanical or electronic device to play, access or interact with cck22 in any manner not available to a standard human user.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit system vulnerabilities or gain an unfair advantage through coordinated play.
- Opening more than one cck22 account, or opening a new account after a previous account was closed for a breach of these Terms, without explicit written permission from cck22.
- Using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment methods to fund a cck22 account, or engaging in any transaction constituting money laundering or processing of proceeds of crime through the platform.
- Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification or in any communication with cck22 support or compliance teams.
8. Account Suspension and Termination
cck22 may suspend or permanently close any player account under the following circumstances:
- Where cck22 has reasonable grounds to believe a player has breached these Terms — including multi-accounting, bonus abuse, use of prohibited software or providing false personal information.
- Where required by a court order, regulatory direction or applicable law — including anti-money laundering obligations or sanctions compliance requirements.
- Where a player requests self-exclusion or voluntary account closure under cck22's responsible gaming procedures — in which case the account will be closed promptly and the available real-money balance returned.
- Where an account has been inactive for 12 consecutive months with no login, deposit or wagering activity, cck22 may classify it as dormant. Dormant account holders will be notified before any administrative fee is applied.
9. Responsible Gaming
cck22 is committed to responsible gaming and provides tools and resources to help players maintain control over their gaming activity:
- Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period before taking effect.
- Session Limits: Players may set time-based session limits that automatically log out the account after a defined period of continuous play, helping to manage time spent on the platform.
- Time-Out: Players may request a temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a time-out the account cannot be used for depositing, wagering or claiming bonuses.
- Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to stop gambling entirely may request a self-exclusion of minimum 6 months or permanent exclusion. Requests are processed within 24 hours and the account is fully suspended including from promotional communications.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the cck22 platform — including website design, graphics, text, logos, game interfaces and software — is the intellectual property of cck22 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved. No part of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified or reverse-engineered without prior written consent from cck22.
Game content provided through cck22 — including slots, live casino feeds, table games and crash games — remains the intellectual property of the respective studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe and Ezugi. Players are granted a limited non-transferable licence to access these games for personal entertainment only.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cck22 limits its liability as follows:
- cck22 is not liable for losses arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms, including losses resulting from account closure due to breach.
- cck22 is not liable for service interruptions caused by factors outside its reasonable control, including internet outages, mobile network downtime, third-party payment provider delays, natural disasters or force majeure events.
- cck22 is not liable for gaming losses. Online gaming is inherently uncertain and a player's decision to wager is made freely. cck22 provides a platform for gaming but does not guarantee any outcome.
- Where cck22 is found liable for a verified platform error resulting in incorrect settlement, liability is limited to correcting that specific settlement and does not extend to consequential, indirect or punitive damages.
12. Privacy and Data
cck22 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and should be read together with them. By using cck22 you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein. cck22 does not sell personal data to third parties. 13. Changes to These Terms
cck22 reserves the right to update, amend or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, cck22 will notify registered players by posting a notice on the platform or contacting them via their registered contact details. The date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this page.
Your continued use of cck22 after revised Terms have been posted constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. If you do not agree with a revision you must stop using the platform and may request account closure.
14. Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of cck22 shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. cck22 operates as an entertainment platform and does not make representations regarding the legal status of online gaming in any specific jurisdiction. It is each player's responsibility to ensure their use of cck22 complies with the laws applicable in their location.
